Tip Tap Tip Challenge Rules

  1. Starts January 4, 2010
  2. Weigh yourself and don’t cry. Keep the actual weight to yourself. That is your starting point.
  3. Don’t eat like an animal and exercise for 45-60 minutes 3-5 times a week. How you work out is entirely up to you.
  4. After each workout mark your progress from your starting point on Twitter using the #tiptaptipchallenge hashtag. For example: @tiptaptip Day 1  -0.2lbs. #tiptaptipchallenge
  5. By following the #tiptaptipchallenge hashtag on Twitter you can see if anyone hasn’t exercised. Feel free to call their ass out publicly if they haven’t.
  6. Challenge ends April 1, 2010
