Tip Tap Tip Challenge Rules
- Starts January 4, 2010
- Weigh yourself and don’t cry. Keep the actual weight to yourself. That is your starting point.
- Don’t eat like an animal and exercise for 45-60 minutes 3-5 times a week. How you work out is entirely up to you.
- After each workout mark your progress from your starting point on Twitter using the #tiptaptipchallenge hashtag. For example: @tiptaptip Day 1 -0.2lbs. #tiptaptipchallenge
- By following the #tiptaptipchallenge hashtag on Twitter you can see if anyone hasn’t exercised. Feel free to call their ass out publicly if they haven’t.
- Challenge ends April 1, 2010
